About Acne
Acne is a condition characterized by clogged pores, pimples, and deep boils that can occur on the face and even on the body, such as the neck, chest, back, shoulders, and arms.
Acne is an inflammatory skin disease that may be comedonal acne, acne papules, acne pustules, or cystic acne, and it is mostly prevalent among teenagers and young adults but it can even affect people in their 40s.

It usually disappears spontaneously after several years without treatment, but in most cases, if left untreated, it can leave permanent scars. So, ongoing treatment is advised.

Post-Procedural Precautions
□ There may be redness or swelling after acne extraction, but it will improve gradually in 2 to 4 days.
□ Inflammation may occur in the extraction sites because of residual factors causing the acne to recur once more.
□ Acne that is too deep can cause scarring if removed all at once and must be removed by multiple extrusions.
□ There may be pigmentation after acne extraction, but there is no need to worry as it is part of the improvement process.
